Chicken, Spinach and Rice Bake

This casserole is great for brunch, lunch or anytime.

Ingredients

  • 1 (24 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Chopped Spinach
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare frozen spinach according to package directions and drain.
  2. MIX all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  3. POUR mixture into a greased casserole dish. Place dish in a shallow pan of water.
  4. BAKE for 45 minutes.
