There is a very good reason we all remember having peas and carrots a lot as a kid. Because it was usually the one vegetable that Mom didn’t have to coax us to eat. Always sweet and tasty, peas and carrots work with any meal, and they’re a great addition to casseroles, soups and stews. Everyone loves them.

Cooking Directions

Open package and pour frozen vegetables into a saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain.
