Just saying the word “greens” not only sounds delicious, but nutritious as well. Some folks consider them a staple vegetable, some a new treat. If you’ve never had them, they’re a combination of leafy greens that sauté nicely with onions and a variety of ingredients to create a spectacular side dish. For this mix, we’ve chosen mustard greens, turnip greens and kale. The freshness is ready, the rest is up to you.

Cooking Directions

Open package and pour frozen vegetables into a saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25-30 minutes. Add additional water if needed. Drain.
