Sauté with some onions and garlic, and you’ve got a lip-smacking new dish to offer the family. It won’t disappoint. Southern kids have loved kale for years. Yours will too.

Cooking Directions

Open package and pour frozen kale into a saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Add additional water if needed. Drain.
